“Premium FSI” means the FSI that may be available on payment of premium as may be prescribed under these regulations.

Premium FSI is decided basis the following regulations in UDCPR:
Reg 6.1 – Table 6A for Development in congested areas
Reg 6.3 – Table 6G for Development in non-congested areas

Rate of the premium ranges between 10% to 15% of ASR land rates depending upon the type of city/area “
