header_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ii) The eligible slum dwellers shall be shifted to temporary transit camp or on rent as may be mutually decided between the proposed society and developer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">iii) The area of temporary transit tenements shall be excluded from the computation of FSI, but the safety of the structure shall be ensured by a license structural consultants. Till the transit camps are fully demolished, development rights for the free sale area shall not be permitted to be used beyond 75% of the total admissible free sale area permissible under this Regulation&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/cihab.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/14.7.9.v-and-vi_transit-camps-01-img.jpg&#8221;
